I've never combined 2 cheeses. Tried Muenster + Gouda. Very good.

    They look really scrumptious. If you are feeling adventurous you might try Muenster cheese with mozzarella cheese, preferably the skim shredded mozzarella. It will melt infinitely better than fresh. Thanks for sharing.
